When Simmone was fifteen, she left the warm breeze and sun-kissed shores of Jamaica, carrying with her the flavors and traditions of home. In a new country, she found love in the hallways of her high school—a love that would grow into a marriage spanning three decades, five children, and countless shared memories.

By day, she poured her heart into nursing, caring for others with the same dedication she gave her own family. But at home, her hands were never idle—tending to her garden, sewing, cooking, and creating a haven of warmth and love.

The spark for her small business began in the soil. Her son had started growing hot peppers, experimenting with small batches of hot sauce for friends and family. When his interest faded, she felt something calling her to keep it alive. What began as a gesture of encouragement turned into a labor of love—and a growing business.

Five years later, her table at farmers markets is a burst of color and flavor. Seven bold hot sauces, four seasoning blends, and dried herbs stand proudly under her banner. Each bottle tells its own story, from mild whispers of heat to fiery declarations, but always with depth of flavor that makes them unforgettable.

She still works as a nurse, still tends her garden, still sews and cooks for her family—but now, she also shares a taste of her heritage and heart with the world. Her sauces aren’t just hot—they’re home, bottled.
